I cannot say enough good things about my experience selling a property with Randy and Jessica. We had a difficult property to sell, made more complex by Covid restrictions, lender slowdowns and a truly terrible buyer’s agent. Throughout it all, Randy and Jessica were completely professional, efficient and exceptionally knowledgeable. Their experience level really paid off since the buyer’s agent was inexperienced and made multiple errors that would have opened me up to serious liability if not caught. The closing was delayed multiple times due to lender issues, but thanks to Randy and Jessica’s negotiations we did not take a loss. Because the buyer’s agent was so lax, Randy and Jessica had to pull more than their own weight, and in order to keep the deal moving as fast as possible, they actually did a lot of work for him. Can you remember a time when you purchased anything and then had that pit in your stomach because you know you made a bad decision!? If yes, then you'll know that you would have pretty much-done anything to get out of that situation or circumstance! Thankfully when it came to our family's most recent home purchase we had the Reality National Team on our side!
